Due to my Personal need I wanted to sell the plot as urgently, I have full paid installments and got Allotment letter, but not yet get registration. As such registration as and development amount due I will sell by less amount. This plot After the registration will be value ( x2.5)= abut 6250,000/= I can handover all paper with allotment letter, Lucky person will be take this land who can registration and get final allotment from BDC.
